Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care across disciplines utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment
• Apply professional and supervisory discretion in dynamic ICU float pool environments
• Candidate must be willing to work holidays, with the possibility of one holiday off per assignment period

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from an approved vendor
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• EPIC electronic health record experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Prior acute care facility experience
