This is a hybrid creative role for someone who can shoot, edit, and think, a true creative partner, not just a production resource. You'll take primary ownership of Gabb's photo and video output, from studio product and lifestyle shoots to fast-turn social content, and you'll help shape the visual style and creative direction of the brand along the way.This role sits alongside our designers, motion graphics artist, and copywriters, reporting directly to the Creative Director. Like the rest of the team, you'll be expected to contribute creative thinking and campaign concepts, not just execute briefs handed to you.ResponsibilitiesShoot studio-style product and lifestyle photography and video for advertising, marketing, and social mediaShoot occasional run-and-gun content for social channels as neededEdit and produce video content from raw footage through final cut, including color correction, sound design, and pacingRetouch and edit photography for use across marketing and social channelsOwn and maintain Gabb's photo studio equipment, including cameras and lighting, and make recommendations on gear and setupDefine and evolve Gabb's visual style for photo and video contentContribute creative ideas and concepts as a full partner in brand and marketing campaigns, from ideation through executionCollaborate closely with the Creative Director, designers, motion graphics artist, and copywriters to deliver cohesive campaignsManage multiple projects and deadlines across marketing and social prioritiesKeep raw and finished footage, photo libraries, and project files organized in our shared drive following team naming and folder conventionsMaintain a clean, well-tagged asset library so anyone on the team can find and reuse footage or photography quicklyWhat You'll NeedMid to senior level experience; a strong portfolio matters more than years on paperA portfolio demonstrating both photography and video work, ideally spanning studio and lifestyle contentMastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite, etc…Working knowledge of color correction, sound design, and audio masteringExperience shooting with DSLR or mirrorless cameras and working studio lighting setupsAbility to export professional content for broadcast, social media, and streamingStrong creative instincts and the confidence to pitch and shape concepts, not just execute themExcellent organizational habits, comfortable maintaining shared drives, file structures, and asset librariesExcellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects independentlyStrong communication and collaboration skillsNice To HavesExperience with After Effects or motion graphicsSkills in 3D or product renderingCinematography and lighting design experienceExperience with Adobe Capture or similar mobile capture toolThis is a role built for a creative who wants ownership, not oversight. You'll help define what Gabb's photo and video content looks and feels like, with the room to grow, experiment, and push the work forward. Our Creative team operates as an internal agency, and everyone on it, designers, writers, and now you, is expected to show up as a creative partner first.
