Shift Details: Shift 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM, Shifts Per Week 3, Scheduled Hours 36
Job Description Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business
- Experience: 5 years recent acute care cardiovascular clinical experience with registry management, data analysis, and process improvement
- Licensure/Certifications: Florida RN license (or multistate compact RN license with 60 days to transfer); BLS (AHA) within 30 days
- Shift: Days, 12-hour (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM), 3 days/week; on-call required
- Skills: Data management, clinical analysis, Microsoft Office proficiency, registry and biomedical product knowledge
The Structural Heart Coordinator RN manages structural heart registries, performance improvement initiatives, and clinical data analysis. This role involves independent work, coordinating with the cardiovascular team, and using data to monitor outcomes against national benchmarks. The coordinator ensures compliance with evidence-based practices, supports quality initiatives, and facilitates process improvements in cardiology procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems is essential. On-call availability is required, with the RN residing within 30 minutes of the facility.
