Job Full Opportunity Brief Title: International Transactional Tax Associate Attorney (4+ Years) Category: Jobs Organiser: BCG Attorney Search Description: A top-tier Am Law firm is seeking an experienced International Transactional Tax Associate to join its Chicago office. The role focuses on sophisticated tax matters involving cross-border M&A, private equity transactions, and complex financing structures. Key responsibilities include advising on domestic and cross-border tax structuring, partnership tax, and developing tax-efficient structures for multinational corporations. This is a partner-track position offering exposure to high-value domestic and international transactions. Eligibility: Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school (Tax LL.M. preferred) and have 4+ years of experience in transactional or international tax law. A strong background in cross-border M&A, partnership tax, and private equity transactions within a law firm environment is required.
