Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Overview Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America — Senior leadership opportunity in financial management within a faith-based, not-for-profit organization. Salary starting at $250,000 per year. Excellent benefits are provided. Responsibilities Direct complex financial operations and structures, including bond-financed entities and multiple investment portfolios. Partner with external investment managers to optimize performance and liquidity, and work with external partners (bondholders, trustees, auditors, and investment managers) to ensure financial strength, regulatory compliance, and long-term sustainability. Collaborate with the Finance Audit Census (FAC) Committee and the Board of Trustees to maintain strong governance and alignment across PMMA. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business administration or related field; Master’s Degree preferred. Minimum of ten years’ professional experience with at least five years in finance and accounting management. CPA/CMA certification preferred.
