Data Analyst I

Job Overview Data Analyst I is a junior analyst position specializing in supporting client implementations and managing integrity or operational data systems through data extraction, cleansing, analysis, and reporting. This position supports their team by conducting complex statistical analyses, predictive modeling, and data mining to identify trends, correlations, and patterns that influence effective logistics execution. The analyst contributes to data strategy development by ensuring data quality and integrity to maintain compliance and accuracy. The Data Analyst designs dynamic dashboards using Tableau or Power BI and translates technical findings into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical audiences. Essential Duties, Skills & Responsibilities Perform data management and data analysis Ensure successful execution of predictive modeling requirements Support process improvement and system implementation efforts Liaise with key government and corporate personnel Evaluate and assess strengths and weaknesses of various programs/activities Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues Perform data mining, statistical modeling, and machine learning Use MS Office products, including Power BI and Power Automate Monitor projects to ensure goals are met Schedule and manage tasks effectively Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrate organizational and multitasking skills Minimum Qualifications 1–3 years of Army logistics or Army analytics experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, or related field Secret Clearance required Valid driver’s license Ability to obtain and maintain installation access U.S. Citizen Preferred Qualifications Prior U.S. Army data analytics experience Experience in Army logistics/supply chain analysis Experience with Army STAMIS, including GCSS-A and Vantage Experience with MS Office products, including Power BI and Power Automate Familiarity/experience with developing graphics Security / Compliance Requirements Secret Clearance required Must comply with all installation access requirements Must complete all required government training Equal Opportunity Employer Statement We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
