We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our salon and provide exceptional nail care services to our valued clients. Pay: Commission-based pay plus gratuities, with an hourly guarantee. Hourly rate is negotiable based on experience. Responsibilities Perform manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping, cuticle care, and exfoliation. Apply and maintain gel and nail polish. Provide nail art, designs, and embellishments according to clients' preferences. Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' needs and preferences. Maintain a clean and organized work area, sterilizing tools and equipment regularly. Stay updated with the latest nail care trends, techniques, and products. Recommend and promote appropriate nail care products to clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service. Upsell salon services and packages to maximize revenue. Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain strict hygiene standards. Qualifications Proven work experience as a Nail Technician or similar role. In-depth knowledge of nail care techniques, products, and trends. Proficiency in various nail enhancement techniques such as gel and polish application. Strong artistic skills and ability to create unique nail designs. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
