As a highly skilled Shift Lead, you will develop leadership skills, manage operations, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile! Must be 18 or older.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager in executing store operations during your shifts
Deploy team members and delegate tasks to maintain daily systems with 100% integrity
Ensure excellent customer product and service standards are met
Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact
Maintain a clean and safe store environment including small wares and merchandise

Skills and Requirements

Computer skills including Microsoft software and register operation
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout your shift
Comfortable working in walk-in refrigerators and freezers with temperatures from 40° F to -10° F
Ability to operate food preparation machinery and handle cash transactions responsibly
