As a highly skilled Shift Lead, you will develop leadership skills, manage operations, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile! Must be 18 or older.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in executing store operations during your shifts
• Deploy team members and delegate tasks to maintain daily systems with 100% integrity
• Ensure excellent customer product and service standards are met
• Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment including small wares and merchandise

Skills and Requirements

• Computer skills including Microsoft software and register operation
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout your shift
• Comfortable working in walk-in refrigerators and freezers with temperatures from 40° F to -10° F
• Ability to operate food preparation machinery and handle cash transactions responsibly
