Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This assignment spans three vibrant educational settings—elementary, middle, and high school—within a supportive district, offering you valuable variety and professional growth. Beginning July 7th and covering 192 school days, you’ll collaborate with educators, families, and administrators to foster a positive and inclusive school environment.
You will serve one Florence area elementary school, one middle school, and one high school, ensuring a diverse and engaging workload. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive on meaningful student interaction and the chance to make an impact across different age groups.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- Valid School Psychologist credential or certification (state-specific)
- Experience supporting students in elementary, middle, or high school settings
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, behavioral intervention strategies, and special education processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Compassion and commitment to student-centered advocacy across all grade levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results for students across all three campuses
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to design and implement effective intervention plans
- Support the Response to Intervention (RTI) process and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Offer crisis intervention, counseling, and social-emotional support as needed
- Maintain detailed records and confidentiality in accordance with district and professional standards
