Recruiter

Pay Rate: $53.62/hour Duration: 6-Month Contract Schedule: Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume, full-cycle recruiting efforts for a fast-paced corporate environment. This role will serve as a strategic talent acquisition partner, working closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent across multiple functions. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer stage Develop sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines Screen and assess candidates for current and future hiring needs Partner with hiring managers and HR teams on workforce planning and recruiting strategies Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate requisition management Monitor recruiting metrics and provide reporting on hiring activity and trends Facilitate candidate review meetings and gather hiring team feedback Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and recruiting procedures Build and maintain professional networks to identify future talent Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced corporate environment Strong sourcing and talent pipeline development experience Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably SuccessFactors or similar platforms Knowledge of recruiting metrics, workforce planning, and talent market trends Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or commercial recruiting experience preferred If you are a proactive recruiter who enjoys partnering with business leaders and delivering exceptional talent solutions, we encourage you to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr swipejobs, Inc.
