Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high performing team
• Maintain excellent standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and guest service
• Manage labor, food costs, scheduling, inventory, and overall profitability
• Create an energetic, positive, and accountable workplace
• Build strong relationships within the Myrtle Beach, SC community
• Ensure company policies and operational standards are consistently followed

Qualifications

• At least three years of restaurant management experience
• General Manager experience in a high volume quick service or fast casual environment preferred
• Proven success managing sales, labor, food costs, and profitability
• Strong coaching and team development skills
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Passion for hospitality and providing an exceptional guest experience
