What You'll Do:
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations in a fast-paced ER setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Delegate tasks appropriately and manage resource utilization
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records
- Adhere to all safety, compliance, and infection control protocols
- Adapt care strategies based on patient needs and acuity levels
What You Need:
- Valid Louisiana RN license
- BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years ER experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of emergency protocols and patient care standards
