Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join a San Francisco, CA outpatient clinic as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA. Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Minimum of 1 year of outpatient orthopedic or outpatient general physical therapy experience preferred. Experience with evaluation, development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional restoration preferred. Ability to complete timely, accurate documentation including evaluations, goals, progress notes, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry. No new graduates. Clinician must have prior clinical experience before start. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Assignment Duration: 13 Week engagement. Schedule: 5x8 (40 hours per week). Position Availability: 1 position available. Must adhere to clinic guidelines for appearance, attendance, and punctuality.
