Ensured off duty awarding procedures are applied consistently with policy and practices and jobs are awarded randomly in accordance with policy.Review the exemptions list to ensure all approvals serve a legitimate law enforcement need or public interest. Documenting justifications and revoking any exemptions lacking valid rationale.Identify any off-duty jobs that should be reassigned as on-duty Office managed security jobs.Monitor and enforce compliance with leave-related limitations to ensure that off-duty privileges for employees on leave or modified duty from county work are restricted.Supports the Program Manager in identifying potential patterns of vendor or employee noncompliance or outlier status.
