You will build a career that you are proud of, at a company you can believe in. Role Overview Join our team as a truck driver. You will be home daily with no nights or weekends. Schedule: Monday‑Friday 6am‑3pm plus overtime as needed. Pay: starting at $26 an hour based on experience. Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50 lbs A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus Strong communicator with a customer‑focused approach Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads Responsibilities Deliver materials to the customer, which includes utilizing pallet jack and two‑wheel dolly to load and unload and ensuring delivery of ticket with material Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material Ability to work overtime as needed Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs. *Pre‑employment drug and background screening required* Pay Range: $20.22 – $32.30 Estimated ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles or Hourly for all other roles. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
