How You'll Contribute A Behavioral Health RN who excels in this role: Assesses patient and plan care within set timeframes and document findings according to policies Demonstrates leadership through duties that may include delegating tasks such as groups, close observation, meal supervision, etc Will also oversee staff to ensure nursing policies and procedures are followed and exemplary patient care is consistently delivered by self and all members of the team RN will follow hospital policy for medication administration Why join us We Believe That Investing In Our Employees Is The First Step To Providing Excellent Patient Care. What We're Looking For Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include: 21 years of age or older Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required and De‑escalation certification required or obtain within 30 days of hire Licenses: Must have a current Arizona or compact multi‑state RN license. Education: Associate's degree required. BSN preferred.
