Position Opening: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Clinic

Location: Mesa, Arizona

Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week

Work Setting: Onsite | Single-Location Clinic | No Travel

Employment Type: Full Time, Monday - Friday

Base Salary: $85k - $100k / year + Bonus

About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Mesa, AZ. This role offers the chance to work autonomously in a clinically driven, collaborative environment while managing a consistent caseload.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and design individualized care plans
• Provide hands-on, evidence-based interventions (manual therapy, therapeutic exercise)
• Supervise PTAs to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Manage an average of 13 patient visits per day
• Educate patients and families on care goals and at-home strategies
• Track outcomes and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Complete, accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
• Collaborate with referring providers and participate in team planning sessions
• Maintain compliance with Arizona licensure and CEU requirements

Candidate Profile

• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in Arizona
• Strong clinical reasoning and time management capabilities
• Comfortable managing a structured, patient-focused caseload
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with manual therapy or dry needling is a plus, though not required
