Responsibilities Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and assist with month-end close activities Maintain general ledger activity and support financial reporting processes Handle balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate variances Assist with fixed asset and lease accounting activities Support audits and help improve accounting procedures and internal controls Work cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams across multiple locations Benefits Compensation up to $95,000 Hybrid schedule with 2 remote days per week Flexible start/end times Medical, life, and disability coverage 401(k) with company match 2–3 weeks PTO plus holidays and floating holidays Strong long-term growth opportunity within the organization Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 4+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong general ledger and month-end close experience Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting ERP system experience preferred (NetSuite experience is a plus) Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment Positions offering this combination of compensation, flexibility, leadership exposure, and growth potential are becoming increasingly difficult to find.
