About the Position

Job Title: RN - Intensive Care Unit Profession: Adult Services Specialty: Critical Need Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years License: Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided Certifications: Basic Life Support Advanced Cardiac Life Support Must-Have: NIH Stroke Scale Certificate CCRN certification preferred Dialysis, SLED, or equivalent preferred Description: Graduate of an accredited nursing program. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field. Two years of recent ICU nursing experience is preferred. The position requires the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team is expected. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care is essential. Knowledge of current nursing practices and standards is necessary.
