Job Description Signature Party Rentals is looking for an event manager to join our team. The right candidate will be a team player who can work in a fast-paced environment. Basic duties include: Maintaining existing customer relationships by providing superior customer service Plans, negotiates and represents the company while performing the work away from our place of business. Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment with the authority to make recommendations and independent choices. Assisting customers with their event rental needs Accurately recording and communicating customer orders Traveling throughout the valley to various locations for event set-ups. Space and Event Planning Manage a book of business Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: Knowledge of Microsoft and other computer based programs Superb Customer service skills The ability to multitask A flexible schedule (must be able to work weekends) Excellent communication skills An affinity for detail Must possess a valid California driver license (Class C) with an acceptable driving record. Must be computer literate Rental equipment knowledge (Tenting, lighting, tables, chairs and more) Event industry experience a requirement.
