We are a small but powerful team of dedicated dental professionals committed to providing excellent care to our patients with the utmost integrity.  This is a General, private practice; well established and fee for service, that routinely treats large, complex cases.  The practice is in the Arcadia area of Phoenix in a modern, beautiful building with windows in every treatment room.

We are seeking a dental hygienist who values a comprehensive, whole-body approach to patient care and recognizes the importance of the oral-systemic connection. Our practice incorporates advanced diagnostic tools, including salivary testing, to help identify underlying health influences and guide personalized care. We are also preparing to implement chairside microscopy as an educational and diagnostic tool, empowering patients to better understand their oral health and its impact on overall wellness. We are looking for a hygienist who is passionate about patient education, embraces innovation, and is committed to helping individuals achieve optimal health through dentistry.

Dental Hygienist Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform all hygiene duties, prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance procedures, identify need for root planing/scaling, take radiographs, digital scans, intraoral photographs, oral cancer screening and patient education
• Generous appointment times allow for complete periodontal assessment, thorough medical/dental history and patient rapport and are flexible depending on need
• Ability to use or learn various software including Eaglesoft, Romexis and Office 365; we are a fully digital and technology driven office with excellent equipment and instruments.

Dental Hygienist Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience; with a strong preference for experience with periodontally involved cases
• Current License in good standing in the State of Arizona
• Anesthesia certification and nitrous oxide administration preferred
• CPR certification
• Laser certification preferred
• Ability to work in cross over roles if needed and to communicate effectively with co workers and patients
