Through expert education, implant support, follow-up care, and in-service training, the FCS ensures healthcare professionals feel confident and fully supported in using BIOTRONIK technologies at their highest potential.If you thrive in fast-paced clinical environments, enjoy building strong relationships, and want to grow your career with a company committed to innovation and development, this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesProvide independent clinical support for pacemaker and ICD implants, follow-ups, and troubleshootingPartner closely with physicians and healthcare providers to support safe and effective use of BIOTRONIK technologiesDeliver engaging clinical education, in-services, and technical training to customersServe as a trusted clinical resource within your territory by supporting consistent, high-quality patient outcomesMaintain strong knowledge of cardiac pacing, defibrillation, electrophysiology, and CRM technologiesAccurately document clinical activities, including implants and follow-up visitsParticipate in on-call rotation to support 24/7 territory coverageTravel within and outside your territory as needed to support customers and business needsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Kinesiology, or related science-based field or equivalent professional experience (3+ years) in a cath lab, EP lab, or pacing/CRM environmentExcellent communication skillsExcellent time management skills and able to independently prioritize workProfessional presence, strong customer focus, and a commitment to service excellenceValid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within the territoryWhat We OfferA visible, impactful clinical role supporting cutting-edge cardiac technologiesMeaningful relationships with physicians, healthcare teams and patientsOngoing training, certification, and professional developmentClear career development opportunities within BIOTRONIKA collaborative culture grounded in innovation, trust, and patient careTravelParticipate in on-call rotation to provide 24 hour /7 day a week coverage throughout the territory for evening, weekend and holiday coverage.Available to work/travel weekends and eveningsAbility to travel outside of assigned territory with ease, as neededMust be able to drive approximately 80% of the time within assigned territoryMust have a valid driver's license, active vehicle insurance policy and safe driving recordPhysical Job RequirementsConsistent 2-handed lifting of up to 40 lbs., frequent pushing and pulling of product bag/programmer up to 60 pounds.Sitting, standing and/or walking for up to eight plus hours per day.Frequent driving to customer locations.Environmental exposures include eye protection, infectious disease and radiation.Consistently wear lead apron.Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls.Ability to effectively use a mobile phone, PC, keyboard and mouse.Frequent bending/stooping, squatting and balance.Location: Memphis, TN | Working hours: Full-time
