Position: Physician – OBGYN Location: Cincinnati, OH Practice Setting: Hospital Outpatient Clinic Opportunity Highlights • Monday–Friday schedule with excellent work-life balance • 3 days clinic 2 days surgery • 1:6 shared call rotation • Deliver at a hospital with Level II NICU MFM support (University collaboration) • Work alongside certified nurse-midwives in a collaborative care model • Dedicated support for each physician: MA/LPN, triage staff, scheduler, admin team • Mentorship available for new graduates • Join a collegial, expanding women’s health program Facility Details • Delivery hospital: Mercy Health – Anderson Hospital • Established and well-supported OB program • Serving the Cincinnati east-side community • Integrated system with access to specialty care and MFM support Key Responsibilities • Provide full-scope OBGYN care (clinic, surgery, and deliveries) • Perform gynecologic surgical procedures • Manage prenatal, labor, and postpartum care • Collaborate closely with midwives and multidisciplinary team • Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care delivery Candidate Requirements ✔ Board Certified or Board Eligible in OBGYN – REQUIRED ✔ Active Ohio License (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED ✔ DEA (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED ✔ Must be comfortable working with midwives – REQUIRED ✔ Must disclose visa requirement status (No J1/H1B support available) ✔ Clean malpractice & license history – HIGHLY PREFERRED ✔ NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) – REQUIRED Ready to join a supportive, growth-focused OBGYN team in Cincinnati?
