As a Retail Associate, you will provide our guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience. Job Specifications: Starting Wage:$21.50/hr - $26.88/hr Employment Type:Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 Minimum Age:At least 18 years of age Housing Availability:Yes Job Responsibilities: Greet every guest, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service Accurate and efficient processing of all retail sales Learn product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to guests Maintain excellent store visual standards by continually straightening, folding, and restocking merchandise Follow all company standardsin regards tosafety protocols and standard operating procedures Understand and follow both Vail Resorts’ and Patagonia’s environmental principles Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Ability toworka flexibleschedule;including nights,holidaysand weekends. Must be able to communicate fluently in English The expected pay range is$21.50/hr - $26.88/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
