Schedule: Monday - Friday | 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM

Requirements

• Previous billing experience required
• Transportation industry experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer and data entry proficiency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Reliable attendance and professional work ethic

Job Duties

• Process billing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Review billing documents for completeness and accuracy
• Enter and maintain billing information in company systems
• Verify transportation paperwork and supporting documentation
• Resolve billing discrepancies as needed
• Maintain organized billing records and files
• Communicate with internal departments regarding billing questions and documentation
• Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of financial information
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
