Job Description

The Project Manager - Commercial Construction - NH will:

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
• Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to meet client requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure proper documentation, including permits, contracts, and change orders, is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
