Schedules Available:
- 1st Shift - M-Th 5am-3pm
- 2nd Shift - M-Th 2:55pm-12:55am
- Plus a shift differential for 2nd only
Pay
- Starting at $19–$21+/hour , based on experience
- Additional shift differentials as described in the shifts above
- Opportunities for regular wage increases
Position Overview | As a Machine Operator, you will:
- Set up and operate converting bag machines
- Load machines with film roll stock
- Produce bags and pouches to customer specifications
- Monitor production quality and output
- Handle finished products
- Follow all safety and operational guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to lift 10–15 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong attendance and positive attitude
- Mechanical aptitude (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to read a tape measure and record data accurately
- Good communication skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
