Seasonal Team Associate

Location: WM Supercenter #4627 2750 W University Dr, Denton, TX 76201-1628 Shift may start between 8:00am and 11:00am or between 1:00pm and 4:00pm. Role Summary Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays hit, seasonal associates are prepared. Requires product knowledge, problem solving, and merchandise skills. What you’ll do Do you enjoy helping customers find what they need? From everyday items to special occasions, customers need you to guide them to the right product. In any of our departments—Apparel, Entertainment, Toys, Sporting Goods, or many others—you help make someone's day better. Your role keeps you moving: you keep aisles neat and clean, work with supervisors and fellow associates, stock shelves, answer tricky questions, and may even help check out customers. What you’ll bring Walk up to 5 miles each day while fulfilling online customer orders Review customer orders, locate and select merchandise on the sales floor Ensure customer orders are filled accurately Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude Dispense customer orders quickly and accurately in varying weather conditions Compensation The hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
