Descripción del Puesto:

Estamos buscando un Supervisor de Instalación y Reparación de Techos Residenciales con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo en Florida Central . El candidato ideal debe tener experiencia comprobada liderando cuadrillas de techadores y realizando instalaciones y reparaciones en techos de shingle (tejas asfálticas), tejas y metal . Esta posición requiere liderazgo, atención al detalle y la capacidad de entrenar e identificar futuros líderes de equipo.

Responsabilidades:

Supervisar proyectos de instalación y reparación de techos residenciales
Garantizar el control de calidad y el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad
Leer e interpretar planos y diseños de techos
Coordinar personal, materiales y logística en el lugar de trabajo
Dirigir y capacitar al equipo; identificar y apoyar a líderes emergentes
Asegurar la finalización de los proyectos dentro del tiempo y alcance establecidos
Asistir a entrenamientos técnicos y de seguridad según sea necesario

Requisitos:

Experiencia comprobada en techos de shingle, tejas y metal
Experiencia previa como supervisor en techado residencial
Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación
Capacidad para leer planos y documentos de construcción
Disponibilidad para trabajar al aire libre y asistir a capacitaciones
Licencia de conducir válida y transporte propio
