Configuration Analyst

Responsibilities Join a team responsible for the upfront analysis of internal and external problem reports related to the design, development, and production of complex systems in a defense environment. Monitor your assigned program(s) items to ensure that they move through both the system and process accordingly. Attend all required program meetings and (if needed) assist in the facilitation of Review Board meetings. Support assigned program(s) by supplying any reports needed for system accuracy or audit reasons. Address any questions from system users on workflow processes and correct issues within PLM system. Engage in team projects and system improvements when necessary. Qualifications and Skills Good computer skills with MS Office suite to prepare appropriate metrics, reports, and documents. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Attention to detail, ability to prioritize workload and multi-task. Troubleshoot issues within the Change Management Process and program-supported workflows. Education Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or Systems Engineering, or similar. 4+ Years with HS 2+ Years with AA 0+ Year with BS #J-18808-Ljbffr
