Lead a life-changing camp experience in the heart of the Colorado Rockies! Rocky Mountain Village (RMV), an Easterseals Colorado camp serving individuals with disabilities, is seeking a passionate Camp Director to oversee year-round operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure campers of all abilities experience connection, growth, and joy. The Ideal Candidate: A compassionate, hands-on leader with camp, nonprofit, disability services, or recreation management experience. You excel at staff development, risk management, relationship building, and creating inclusive, mission-driven programs. Your Role: Lead camp operations, finances, staffing, camper services, safety and compliance, strategic planning, and off-season facility rentals while fostering exceptional experience for campers, families, staff, volunteers, and guests.
