LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is partnering with a large, stable organization seeking a Regional Financial Consultant to support operations across a portfolio of sites. This individual contributor role serves as a strategic finance partner to executive and operational leadership across multiple sites.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys analyzing complex business data, supporting strategic initiatives, and partnering with leadership teams to improve financial performance. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, ideally in finance or accounting
• 5+ years of relevant financial analysis, operational analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related experience required
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency required
• Experience working with large and complex data sets
• Ability to communicate financial information to business leaders and stakeholders
• Experience supporting operational and strategic decision making preferred

Pay Details: $130,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
