Construction Services Coordinator/Dispatcher (Phoenix, AZ) [DIS-TUC] Job Description: Ninyo & Moore, a SOCOTEC Company has an immediate opening for a Dispatcher/Construction Services Coordinator in Phoenix, AZ. Job duties include: Scheduling appropriately certified field technicians and inspectors for multiple construction projects Providing clients with high-quality customer service Communicating client needs to field staff Preparing field files for staff Answering telephones and greeting clients at the front desk Document organization and filing Providing administrative support to project managers Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
