This role supports daily machining operations by ensuring accurate, efficient, and safe setups.Job Type: Full-timePay: based on experienceSchedule: 1st Shift — 6:00 AM to 4:00 PMDepartment: MachiningReports To: CNC SupervisorKey ResponsibilitiesSet up CNC machines according to job travelers, prints, and tooling requirementsLoad programs, verify offsets, and perform dry runsConduct first-piece inspections using precision measuring toolsAdjust feeds/speeds and tooling as neededTroubleshoot minor machine or tooling issuesMaintain accurate setup documentationKeep work area clean, organized, and safeCollaborate with operators to ensure smooth production flowRequirements2+ years CNC setup experience preferredStrong blueprint reading skillsProficient with micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.Knowledge of G-code fundamentals a plusAbility to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periodsReliable attendance and strong attention to detailWhy Work Here?Growing business with so much potential!
