This isn't a behind‑the‑scenes role. You're the leader on the floor. Real‑Time Leadership Where It Counts Most The Event Captain is the on‑site authority for Green Apple at every event. You'll direct servers, bartenders, and support staff through setup, service, and breakdown. You'll communicate with the client, coordinate with venue management, and make judgment calls that keep the event running smoothly — even when things don't go according to plan.
