Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, operation, and continuous improvement of our manufacturing facility in Hialeah, FL. Responsibilities Oversee the daily maintenance and operation of manufacturing, warehouse, and office facilities Manage building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, lighting, roofing, and fire protection Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance programs and schedules Supervise maintenance, custodial, and facility maintenance personnel Coordinate and manage outside contractors, vendors, and service providers Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, safety programs, and emergency preparedness procedures Manage maintenance inventories, tools, supplies, and facility budgets Lead facility improvement projects and coordinate with production leadership to support operational goals Troubleshoot facility-related issues and implement effective solutions Qualifications Previous experience managing maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and building system Experience supervising maintenance teams and outside contractor Understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety requirement Strong organizational, budgeting, and project management skill Excellent communication and leadership abilitie #J-18808-Ljbffr JobSquad Florida
