RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage client accounts and keep their information up to date in the database.
• Assist clients with policy changes and respond to their inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim statuses.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
