Brand and Marketing Coordinator

Job Title: Brand and Marketing Coordinator Duration: 9 months Location: Burbank, CA Responsibilities Support brand, content, and tentpole marketing campaigns from planning through launch. Coordinate timelines, approvals, creative asset trafficking, campaign calendars, trackers, and deliverables. Partner with Creative, Programming, Media, Social, PR, Insights, Partnerships, Production, agencies, and international teams. Schedule meetings, capture action items, manage follow-ups, and maintain clear stakeholder communication. Maintain campaign documents, presentations, shared resources, files, and status reports. Support executive updates, campaign recaps, performance reporting, and post-campaign analysis. Conduct competitive and industry research to identify streaming, content, and consumer trends and opportunities. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 1-2 years of marketing, entertainment, media, advertising, or related experience, including internships/coordinator roles. Strong project coordination, organization, attention to detail, communication, and follow-through. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including PowerPoint, Excel, Google Slides, and Sheets. Experience supporting brand/content campaigns and media execution preferred. Entertainment, streaming, media, advertising, or consumer brand experience preferred. Airtable, Monday.com, Asana, or similar project management tools preferred. Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude and interest in FAST/streaming preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
