Job Title Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Location Greensboro, NC | Skilled Nursing Facility Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | 13-Week Assignment Key Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy treatments to residents under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
- Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team regarding resident status and goals
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of North Carolina
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care environment
- Familiarity with therapy documentation and electronic health record systems
