HR Generalist (Hybrid)

This hybrid position offers exposure to all areas of Human Resources, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and HR operations.

What You'll Bring

• 8 to 10 years of HR experience in a Generalist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• HRIS and recruiting systems experience preferred
• Payroll processing experience with UKG would be great
