• Conduct a variety of routine and complex lab tests-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, among others-adhering to established protocols for quality and accuracy.
• Evaluate test results meticulously, troubleshoot any anomalies, and execute preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments to maintain high standards.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for diverse analyses, as necessary.
• Thoroughly document every procedure, contribute to the training of new team members, and sustain the stringent quality standards of the laboratory.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health field, plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Possession of ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is mandatory within the first year of employment.
• Certification must be maintained as a condition of continued employment.
