OB/GYN Hospitalist (Laborist) Opportunities in Coastal Santa Cruz, CA

Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician (OB/GYN) to join our growing OB/GYN Team in Santa Cruz, CA. This foundational role offers a rare level of practice autonomy. Whether you prefer a 100% clinic-based model, an OB Hospitalist / Laborist shift-based schedule, or a traditional Full-Scope OB/GYN practice, we provide the flexibility to define your own work-life balance. Compensation and Benefits Include

• Full-Time Annual Salary: $424,000
• Sign-On & Relocation: Comprehensive packages available for full-time physicians
• Comprehensive benefits package for employees at 0.5 FTE or greater
• Annual CME Allowance
• 401(k) with employer match
• Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer

• Modern, well-equipped birthing center
• Approximately 700-800 deliveries annually
• Onsite Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
• 24/7 anesthesia coverage with a team of experienced anesthesiologists
• Dedicated OB ED

Job Requirements

• MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA certification
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
