Entry Level Site/Civil Engineer (Entry Level—3 Years) The LA Group is seeking talented applicants for an Entry Level Site/Civil Engineering position to join our collaborative working environment in our Saratoga Springs, NY office. The candidate will assist Civil Engineers and Landscape Architects on land development projects across various market types, including educational, sports and recreation, private, and government. This role offers career growth and exposure to a wide range of projects. Our engineering department is licensed in more than 15 states and thrives on teamwork. Responsibilities Assist with development of site layout, grading, and erosion and sediment control plans. Assist with stormwater, wastewater, and utility design and support preparation of design reports. Coordinate with clients, regulators, and permitting agencies. Prepare permitting documents. Conduct construction site observations and testing. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering. Experience with AutoCAD. Ability to work in a team environment. EIT Certificate (preferred). Professional approach and demeanor. Compensation & Benefits Salary commensurate with experience, anticipated to be $62,000 – $73,000, based on education, credentials, skill level, and relevant experience.
