Job Summary We’re seeking a dynamic, people‑first HR Manager to support operations at Fort Worth ISD. This hands‑on, onsite role partners closely with district leadership and Chartwells K12 management to align HR strategy with business goals, strengthen employee engagement, and drive operational excellence in a high‑volume environment. What You’ll Do Strategic HR Partnership Serve as a trusted advisor to district and Chartwells leadership on all HR matters, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and organizational effectiveness. Align people strategies with operational goals to support a large, diverse K–12 workforce. Guide leaders at all levels to strengthen leadership capability and elevate team performance. Talent & Workforce Operations Streamline HR processes to support high‑volume hourly recruiting, hiring, and onboarding. Partner with corporate HR teams to deliver consistent programs, tools, and services. Analyze workforce trends and key metrics to inform proactive talent strategies and business decisions. Employee Relations & Compliance Provide high‑touch employee relations support, balancing compliance with a strong people‑centered approach. Lead compliance efforts across federal, state, and local employment laws. Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that reflects Chartwells’ values and service commitment. What You Bring Three (3)+ years of progressive HR generalist experience, ideally in a high‑volume, hourly workforce environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, consultative style. Proven ability to build trust with onsite leaders, client partners, and frontline teams. Experience translating data and insights into practical, people‑focused solutions. Demonstrated success leading change initiatives and cross‑functional collaboration. Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and navigate ambiguity with confidence. Solid working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required. Minimal travel required. Bilingual strongly preferred.
