Food Production Worker

Our client, an industry leader in food production, is seeking a Food Production Worker to join their team. As a Food Production Worker, you will be part of the Specialty Cheese department supporting the cheese processing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Food Production Worker

Location: Turtle Lake, WI

Pay Range: $18 per hour on Fri-Sat and $27 per hour on Sunday!!

Shift: Friday - Sunday 6am - 6pm

What's the Job?

• Rub and press spice blends onto the exterior of fontal cheese wheels by hand
• Cut cheese wheels in half and dip them in water
• Pour spices onto cheese wheels and press them securely
• Package cheese wheels in bags, run through metal detectors, and box them
• Maintain speed and accuracy to ensure efficient production

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual attendance
