Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

August: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Part-time)
September Onward: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Full-time)
Company Holidays: Closed for Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and the Friday after Thanksgiving.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled, dependable Fabric Cutter to join our team! This position requires a candidate with hands-on experience who is comfortable handling various types of fabrics and knowing how to care for them properly.

The schedule starts part-time in August (Monday through Thursday) and transitions to full-time in September (Monday through Friday). If you have a sharp eye for detail, steady hands, and proven cutting experience, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Experience: Must have verifiable prior experience as a Fabric Cutter or in a related material-cutting role.
Tools & Techniques: Proficiency using a Rotary Cutter and sharp scissors.
Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with steady hands to ensure precision cuts and the ability to distinguish differences in fabrics and know how to handle them properly.
Physical Demands: Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 70 lbs.
Communication: Ability to read and write English.
Work Ethic: A dependable team player with a strong commitment to attendance and workplace safety.
