In this role, you'll bring proven property management expertise to ensure safe, seamless operations for our client and on-site tenants, while leading a small, dedicated team to deliver exceptional service every day.As the General Manager, you'll serve as the driving force behind each property's success, managing operations while consistently delivering strong financial results and operational excellence. You'll partner directly with clients to understand their investment goals and translate them into property-specific strategic plans, then bring those plans to life by guiding your team through the execution of approved initiatives and programs. Along the way, you'll build lasting relationships with building owners and tenants, serving as a trusted point of contact and ensuring every interaction reflects JLL's commitment to exceptional service.What your day-to-day will look like:Lead strategic planning initiatives and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansionDevelop and implement annual operating budgets and capital plans and ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting. Analyze financial performance, prepare detailed reports, and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholdersEnsure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards across all managed operations.Implement tenant satisfaction program, meet regularly with tenants to ensure successful programOversee competitive bidding process for all third-party contracted services and ensure compliance with JLL standardsFoster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, supporting team members' career advancement and skill enhancementAll other tasks which may be required to comply with Property Management Agreements, local ordinances, or as necessary to ensure property operationsOn-site presence requiredComplete job description available on JLL's internal portalRequired qualifications:Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate, property management, or related industryProven track record of managing P&L responsibility and achieving financial targets in a multi-million dollar operationDemonstrated expertise in client relationship management and business development within the commercial real estate sectorExcellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisProficiency in real estate management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office SuitePreferred qualifications:Real Estate License and Property Managers License, required within six (6) months if not currently licensedBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related fieldProfessional certifications such as LEED GA, or equivalent industry credentialsStrong network of industry relationships and demonstrated thought leadership in real estateThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
