This Director-level Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) role is a hybrid position based at the company's Reston, Virginia headquarters.\*\*Role Overview:\*\*The Director owns the complete planning and reporting cycle, responsible for modernizing Guidance's finance function through data integration, automation, and AI-driven tools. This is a strategic position that bridges finance operations with enterprise technology and business leadership.\*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\** Develop and maintain driver-based financial models connected to production volumes, revenue, expenses, and cash flow — moving from static spreadsheets to dynamic, automated solutions* Deliver monthly financial packages including variance analysis and KPI reporting to senior leadership* Implement AI-assisted workflows for recurring analysis and reporting tasks* Develop Power BI dashboards providing real-time financial visibility across the organization* Standardize financial metrics, data definitions, and forecast assumptions company-wide* Lead finance transformation initiatives with emphasis on process improvement and automation* Systematically reduce manual spreadsheet dependency* Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, mortgage production, and executive teams on financial planning and insights\*\*Required Qualifications:\*\** 7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or finance analytics* Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills* Advanced Excel and Power Query proficiency* Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable business intelligence tools* Practical experience applying AI or automation tools to finance workflows* Familiarity with the accounting close process* Excellent written and verbal communication skills\*\*Preferred Qualifications:\*\** MBA, CPA, or CFA certification* Background in mortgage or financial services* SQL, Python, or Power Automate skills* Experience leading a finance transformation initiative\*\*What's Offered:\*\** Full-time, hybrid work arrangement (based in Reston, VA)* 14 paid holidays annually* Comprehensive medical, dental, and health coverage* Student loan paydown assistance* Paid vacation and sick leave* Convenient location near Wiehle-Reston Station metro access### Apply for this roleApply on Company Website →Closes 23 August 2026#J-18808-Ljbffr
