Warehouse Manager – Hazelwood, MO Our Supply Chain Solutions division is actively hiring a Warehouse Manager. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, leading a team, and ensuring high standards of customer service and safety. Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations and ensure operational goals are met. Lead, coach, and develop direct reports, both exempt and non‑exempt employees. Plan and schedule staffing to meet production and service delivery targets. Maintain health and safety compliance with state, local, and federal regulations. Handle customer service expectations and satisfaction. Provide off‑shift support during critical customer network disruptions or crises. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred. At least 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations. Minimum of 1 year of direct supervisory or leadership experience. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Advanced knowledge of logistics industry, customer regulations, and supply chain management. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Benefits Competitive salary: $75,000–$80,000 per year, paid twice per month.
