An exciting opportunity awaits experienced speech-language pathologists with expertise in school settings. This contract position supports K-12 students onsite throughout the 2026–2027 school year, spanning late August to early June. The perfect fit for this role will be committed to enhancing student communication skills and creating a supportive learning environment across diverse age groups.

Desired Qualifications:

• Holds a valid Michigan license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC required)
• Demonstrated experience providing speech-language therapy in school settings (K-12, multiple grade levels)
• Strong collaboration skills, able to work closely with educators, administrators, and families
• Excellent assessment, intervention planning, and documentation abilities
• Energized by supporting student progress and fostering positive outcomes within an educational environment
• Commitment to onsite service delivery (no virtual or teletherapy options available)
• CFY applicants are not eligible for this position

Principal Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students in grades K–12
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with school and state requirements
• Deliver direct therapy sessions that engage students while targeting essential skills
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and provide progress updates as needed
